If you are having difficulty using the Pearson Credential Manager, please try
the following steps:
1) Review our FAQ page for helpful hints
2) Close all browser windows
3) Reopen your browser, log back in and try the action again – many times this will solve the problem

If you still experience a system error,
1) Copy the text into an email
2) Select “view source” from your browser menu
3) Save the source text as a file and attach that file to the email
4) Send the completed email to the support desk specified by your certification program.
